Andrew completed the inspection of our new home for my wife and I. He was very professional and thorough. He explained anything I had a question for and was explaining all aspects of each step of his process. Very informative and would recommend for anyone needing inspection. As the home is a 2 story home, he also had a drone to take footage and pics of the roof which was appreciated and helpful. The final report is very detailed and perfect for printing into a "to do" binder so that I can work on the small things that are mentioned in said report. Thank you for Mose Home Inspetions for providing Andrew for us.

We are first-time buyers, but we have many friends who are home-owners and Mose Home Inspection was highly recommended by at least two of them. We did not regret it! Carol is an awesome communicator and patiently answered all our newbie questions before, during, and after the inspection. On the day of the inspection, she arrived on time and well-prepared, and she let us tag along with her throughout the building, explaining what she was looking for, what she found, what we would likely need to do about it, etc. Her explanations are very clear and understandable to someone outside the fields of housing and renovations, which made the process feel exciting and interesting instead of confusing and distressing. Carol is also very approachable, which helped decrease the intimidation factor. We didn't shop around a lot, but we did check out one or two other inspectors that friends recommended, and Mose Home Inspection was the most affordable.Thanks Carol!(I give my permission to the team at Mose to use this testimonial, or part of it, on their website.)

Had an inspection with Mr Yohann Ouellette. Upon arrival, he was already ahead of schedule. From the start of the inspection to the end, he was very professional. Throughout the whole experience, he took the time to explain me everything in detail as we went forward. He also gave me tips and advice for any little thing he saw. It was my first time hiring someone for an inspection and I was very pleased with his work. This is what an inspector should be like. I requested an inspector to come with a thermal imaging camera to give me advice on where and how to better insulate my attic bedroom. Gerry came round within a couple of days, identified the issues and gave me helpful advice, which I have acted on, and which I believe will make a big difference. I am happy with the service received and would use again.
